We are looking for a strategic, data-driven product professional with experience in market analysis, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Skilled in identifying opportunities, defining product requirements to deliver high-quality products that align with market needs and business goals.
Product Strategy
Conduct comprehensive market mapping to identify market segments, addressable volumes, and growth opportunities both locally and internationally.
Define the "go-to" product through market research,analyzing market needs, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
Supported the identification of product value propositions by analyzing customer pain points and segment needs to help align features and pricing with the largest addressable market.
Contributed to defining product-market fit by mapping use cases and prioritizing segments based on size, commercial potential, and feasibility.
Create commercial Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to outline key features, functionalities, and development priorities in alignment with product strategy.
Continuously monitor market trends and pricing dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales Team to gather insights on customer needs, identify challenges in selling the product, and optimize the sales approach by developing a clear Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Partner with the Engineering Team to assess the technical feasibility and lift required for product development, ensuring PRDs are clearly communicated and prioritized effectively.
Collaborate with the Aftersales Team to ensure high product quality, address customer feedback, and proactively upgrade the product post-launch.
Act as the central point of communication between all teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and execution.
3~5 years of proven experience in product strategy, market analysis, and product roadmap development.
Hardware background experience is preferred, ideally in a hardware-focused company.
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Aftersales).
Expertise in defining product requirements and aligning them with business objectives.
Solid understanding of pricing strategies, customer needs, and market trends.
