What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven product professional with experience in market analysis, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Skilled in identifying opportunities, defining product requirements to deliver high-quality products that align with market needs and business goals.

What you will do

Product Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive market mapping to identify market segments, addressable volumes, and growth opportunities both locally and internationally.

  • Define the "go-to" product through market research,analyzing market needs, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.

  • Supported the identification of product value propositions by analyzing customer pain points and segment needs to help align features and pricing with the largest addressable market.

  • Contributed to defining product-market fit by mapping use cases and prioritizing segments based on size, commercial potential, and feasibility.

  • Create commercial Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to outline key features, functionalities, and development priorities in alignment with product strategy.

  • Continuously monitor market trends and pricing dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to gather insights on customer needs, identify challenges in selling the product, and optimize the sales approach by developing a clear Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Partner with the Engineering Team to assess the technical feasibility and lift required for product development, ensuring PRDs are clearly communicated and prioritized effectively.

  • Collaborate with the Aftersales Team to ensure high product quality, address customer feedback, and proactively upgrade the product post-launch. 

  • Act as the central point of communication between all teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and execution.


Who you are

  • 3~5 years of proven experience in product strategy, market analysis, and product roadmap development.

  • Hardware background experience is preferred, ideally in a hardware-focused company.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Aftersales).

  • Expertise in defining product requirements and aligning them with business objectives.

  • Solid understanding of pricing strategies, customer needs, and market trends.
