YOU’LL WORK ON:
Managing the People & Culture team, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.

Defining, setting and maintaining a culture of high performance and long-term commitment in collaboration and partnership with a very engaged executive team
Personnel & compliance, building on the team’s success in building strong HR processes, an HRIS-centric system and enforcing compliant policies.
Employee experience, from onboarding & office experience to performance management and engagement.
