YOU’LL WORK ON:
Driving sales of Shift EV’s electric mobility solutions with institutional fleet owners across different market segments.
You’ll play a hands-on role in expanding our client base by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and creating a path for closing new deals. You’ll also contribute to new customer acquisition and the penetration of new markets and product lines—helping prioritize opportunities based on commercial potential.
You will report directly to the Senior Corporate Acquisition Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the broader commercial team to deliver on sales objectives.
YOU'LL HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER:
Sales Execution
Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing.
Manage and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned with company priorities.
Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets as agreed with the Senior Sales Manager.
Client Relationships
Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and key influencers within client organizations.
Serve as a dedicated point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Market & Commercial Intelligence
Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Provide structured insights to support commercial leadership in go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
Process & Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
Contribute to improving sales playbooks, collateral, and customer engagement processes.
YOU ARE:
A proven B2B sales professional with experience in in complex, high-value corporate or fleet sales, and a strong record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
Technically curious, with a genuine interest in understanding EV technology and value propositions.
Financially savvy, able to conduct ROI-based discussions and articulate the economic benefits of EV adoption.
A strategic doer — you can execute independently while staying aligned with commercial goals.
A skilled communicator, confident in engaging multiple stakeholders across technical, financial, and executive levels.
Agile and persistent, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
A team player who contributes ideas, shares learning, and supports collective success.
