Responsibilities
Design and manage top talent retention programs.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
Create, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with best practices and legal requirements.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain attractive.
Ensure compliance with legal standards regarding compensation and benefits.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
