YOU’LL WORK ON: As a Junior Accounts Manager at Shift EV, you will support the team in managing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the field of account management, while contributing to the success of our customers and the company.

YOU'LL SUPPORT IN:

Customer Relationship Support:

  • Assist in serving as a point of contact for assigned customers, helping nurture and strengthen relationships.

  • Regularly communicate with customers to gather feedback, address minor concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Identify potential growth opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Support the onboarding process to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.

  • Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Performance Monitoring and Administration:

  • Assist in tracking key metrics related to customer satisfaction and account performance.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and opportunities in CRM platforms.

  • Provide updates to senior team members on customer account progress.

YOU ARE:

  • A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience.

  • Eager to build a career in Account Management or Customer Success.

  • Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs in a dynamic, customer-facing role.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
