What we’re looking for:
A production planner who will be generating a detailed production plan considering the inputs of different models demand plan, new releases pilots and no cyclic activities performed in the production facilities. Also will be managing WIP between production lines, tracking production lines performance and identifying rooms for improvement to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and satisfy customers' demand.
Production plan: Forming the production plan, creates and maintains a detailed production schedule considering fulfillment plan, new releases pilots and non-cyclic activities in production facilities
Sequencing: Establishing sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule or plan obtained from sales.
Schedule adherence: Monitoring schedule adherence, identifying key root causes for deviation and taking follow-up improvement action.
Reporting: Feeding information on production capacity issues and material availability to the production manager.
WIP management: managing the WIP of subassemblies between production line and reflect it in the weekly production plan for each line
Analyzing production lines performance and identify rooms for improvement
leading production lines scorecard target setting, tracking and reporting
A bachelor’s degree in production or industrial engineering with 3-5 years experience in production scheduling, production planning, production control or similar roles.
Having excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language.
Proficient in MS Office, google sheets and ERP software(SAP).
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
Able to work efficiently in a team environment
