Shift EV is a fast-growing electric vehicle technology company, based in Cairo, Egypt. Our vision is to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in Egypt and the region by developing state-of-the-art electric drivetrain solutions. You will work with world-class technology veterans from MIT, the University of Grenoble, Intel, and Corning to build a venture with transformative potential. 


YOU’LL WORK ON: 

You’ll be part of the Commercial Organization and play a crucial role in developing the commercial pipeline, engaging with corporate clients, and closing new deals in line with the sales strategy.


YOU'LL HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER:

  • Commercial Pipeline Development: Identify and engage potential corporate clients, develop relationships, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure steady growth.

  • Client Engagement: Actively engage with corporate clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to convert their fleets to electric drivetrains.

  • Deal Closing: Drive the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring alignment with the sales strategy.

  • Sales Cycle From Preparation to Contract Delivery: Together with the Product Sales Manager prepare for sales meetings, present proposals, ensure the accurate delivery of final contracts, and maintain client engagement throughout.

  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and report on pipeline development and sales metrics.


YOU ARE:

  • Experienced: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record. Experience in automotive or financial sales is a plus.

  • Skilled Communicator: Excellent language skills and the ability to engage and influence corporate clients.

  • Passionate and Driven: A go-getter with a passion for challenges, creative thinking, and financial acumen.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools and able to leverage technology to enhance sales processes.

  • Team Player: Able to work effectively within the commercial organization, supporting the Product Sales Manager and collaborating with other team members.
